What is the annual operating budget for the district?
- Approximately $25 M district wide; 70% of that is spent for salaries/fringes.
Number of FTE’s for the District?
- 267
What is the official name of the East Central Health District?
- Richmond County Board of Health d/b/a East Central Public Health District.
How many users are needed? These are users that will log into the system.
- 267 with the option to increase as needed
What systems will the new ERP need to intergrate/interface with? Are there any State of GA systems we would need to interface with, like Neo-gov or LMS(exceed)?
- NeoGov & Exceed
How many part-time employees do we have? Do you have additional employees who aren’t included for example seasonal employees?
- We have 29 part time employees of the 29, 3 are seasonal.
Will ECPHD use the State of GA benefits system?
- Yes
